How does referral tracking work?

We give you a unique link that tracks clicks and installs through the Shopify App Store. When someone installs and activates a paid plan through your link, it registers as a conversion.
When do I get paid?
+
Credits are applied to your account within 7 days of a successful conversion. Cash commissions (Partner and Strategic tiers) are paid on the 15th of the following month, minimum $50 payout.
What counts as a converted install?

A converted install is when someone clicks your referral link, installs Dezigner.ai from the Shopify App Store, and activates a paid plan within 30 days.
Can I refer my own business?

Self-referrals aren't eligible for commission, but if you're already a customer, your account credit referrals apply to your subscription — so you're still winning.
Is this Shopify-compliant?

Yes. All referrals go through the Shopify App Store using approved tracking methods. We comply fully with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement. No incentivised reviews, no ToS workarounds.
What if someone I referred cancels?

Commission is earned on active subscriptions. If a referral cancels, commission stops from that month. Credits already earned and applied aren't reversed.
