Dezigner.ai is an AI-powered sign design app for Shopify. It embeds a live, interactive design tool directly on your product pages — customers configure their sign, get an instant quote, and place an order. Every order produces production-ready .AI and SVG files that go straight to your workshop. No back-and-forth emails. No manual quoting.

Install directly from the Shopify App Store — search for "Dezigner.ai" or click the Install Free button on this site. Once installed, you'll be guided through an onboarding flow to configure your first sign type, set up pricing rules, and go live. Most stores are live within 30 minutes.

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can configure and test the full platform during your trial. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, the app will pause and no charges will apply.

Dezigner.ai works with all Shopify plans — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. There are no Shopify plan restrictions. The app is billed directly through Shopify's billing system, so charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice.

No design experience needed — not for you and not for your customers. Dezigner.ai is built for sign makers, not designers. You configure the parameters (sign types, sizes, colours, pricing), and your customers do the designing. Every completed order includes production-ready files with no additional drawing required.

Starter Foundation — $25/mo (first 50 merchants only, Foundation rate locked in forever)
Pro Foundation — $89/mo (first 50 merchants only, Foundation rate locked in forever)
Starter — $99/mo (standard rate)
Pro — $299/mo (standard rate, includes white-label and success share features)

All plans include unlimited design generations and a 14-day free trial.

Foundation plans are an early-adopter offer available to the first 50 merchants on Dezigner.ai. The discounted rate is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription — it never increases, even as we add new features and raise standard pricing. Once the 50 spots are filled, Foundation plans are no longer available to new merchants.

All plan pricing is in USD (US dollars), billed via Shopify every 30 days. Shopify may display the equivalent in your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates.

The success share is a small percentage of revenue from AI image-to-neon orders — orders where a customer uploaded an image and our AI converted it into a sign design. It applies only to Pro plans: 0.95% on Pro Foundation, and 1.9% on standard Pro. There is no success share on Starter plans. It only applies to AI-converted image orders, not standard text-based sign orders.

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Shopify Apps dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after cancellation.

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to select a plan to continue. If you don't select a plan, the app pauses and no customers can access the designer. Your configuration and data are preserved. You can re-activate at any time by selecting a plan.

The AI sign designer lets customers upload any logo or image and automatically converts it into a sign design. The AI reads the shape, text, and layout of the uploaded image and generates a sign preview that the customer can then adjust before ordering. What previously required a designer and 30 minutes of back-and-forth takes a customer about 2 minutes.

AR (Augmented Reality) preview lets customers point their phone camera at a wall or space and see their custom sign overlaid in real size before they buy. This removes purchase hesitation and has been shown to lift conversion rates by up to 30%. AR preview works on mobile browsers without requiring a separate app download.

LED Neon signs are live and fully supported right now. Channel Letters, Lightbox, Metal, Wood, and 3D signs are in development and planned for release in 2026. When new sign types are added, they are available to all active subscribers at no extra charge.

Every completed order automatically generates a production-ready .AI (Adobe Illustrator) file and an SVG file. These are the exact files your workshop needs to cut, bend, or manufacture the sign — no further redrawing or reformatting required. Files are delivered with the order notification.

Yes. White-label is available on Pro and Pro Foundation plans. You can remove all Dezigner.ai branding from the customer-facing designer, replace it with your own logo and colour scheme, and present a fully branded design experience to your customers. This is particularly useful for franchise networks and partner storefronts.

Yes, fully. You define your own pricing rules per sign type, material, size range, and quantity. Dezigner.ai's pricing engine supports per-letter costing, size-based tiered pricing, and material multipliers. The customer sees a live price update as they design, based on your rules — you stay in complete control of your margins.

When a customer completes a design and places an order through your Shopify store, Dezigner.ai automatically generates the production files (.AI and SVG) and attaches them to the order. You receive an order notification via Shopify in the normal way. The production files are accessible from the order detail page, ready to route to your workshop or manufacturing partner.

No. Dezigner.ai is designed to eliminate the need for a designer in the quoting and design approval loop. Your customers design the sign themselves within your configured parameters. The output files are production-ready. If you want a designer to do a final QA check, that's optional — it's not required to fulfil orders.

Production files are automatically attached to each order in Shopify. You can download them directly from the Shopify Orders page. Files are also included in the order notification email. For high-volume stores, we support webhook-based delivery so files can be automatically routed to your workshop management system.

Yes. Dezigner.ai is built on Shopify's order infrastructure, so it works with any fulfilment system that integrates with Shopify — including ShipStation, Linnworks, Brightpearl, and custom ERPs. For deeper integration, the Dezigner.ai API allows you to pull order data and production files programmatically.

Yes. The designer is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. The AR preview feature is mobile-only — it uses the phone's camera for the augmented reality overlay. Customers can design, preview in AR, and place orders entirely from a mobile device without needing to install any additional apps.

Dezigner.ai is tested against all major Shopify themes including Dawn, Debut, and popular paid themes. In rare cases where a theme conflict occurs, our support team will assist with a custom integration fix — typically resolved within 1 business day. Yes. Dezigner.ai stores data on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Customer design data and production files are stored per our Privacy Policy.
