Dezigner.ai currently supports two sign types:
- Text-to-Neon: Customers type their message, choose a font, colour, and size, and instantly see a live preview of their custom LED neon sign.
- Image-to-Neon: Customers upload any image — a logo, illustration, or sketch — and our AI converts it into a production-ready neon sign design.

No. Dezigner.ai is designed to be configured entirely through a visual admin dashboard — no coding required. If you can use Shopify, you can configure Dezigner.ai. The Getting Started guide walks you through every step.
Most stores are fully configured and live within 30 minutes of installation. The core setup involves: configuring your pricing and markup, selecting your available colours, fonts, and sizes, and embedding the configurator widget on your product page. Advanced customisation (custom branding, email templates, discount rules) can be done at any time after launch.
Yes. The Dezigner.ai configurator is embedded as a widget that works with any Shopify theme. It does not modify your theme files and can be placed on any product page using a simple embed code.
Dezigner.ai offers two plans:
- Starter — $29/month: Text-to-Neon configurator with unlimited designs. No commission. Ideal for stores just getting started with neon.
- Professional — $79/month + 2% Partnership Revenue Share: Everything in Starter, plus Image-to-Neon AI, 3D Preview, Augmented Reality, Quoting Workflow, and Production File Export.
A 14-day free trial is available on both plans. No credit card required to start.
The 2% Partnership Revenue Share on the Professional plan means Dezigner.ai earns a small percentage of the revenue generated through the configurator. We only earn when you earn — there are no upfront per-design fees, no credit packs to buy, and no surprise charges. This model aligns our incentives with your success: the more you sell, the more we both benefit.
No. Both plans include unlimited customer designs. There are no per-design fees, no AI credit packs, and no monthly design caps. Customers can explore and iterate as many times as they like before placing an order.
Yes. All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Dezigner.ai admin dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. You have full control over pricing. You can set a global markup percentage, and then configure individual prices for specific sizes, colours, fonts, tube types, mounting options, backboards, cable lengths, and plug types. The configurator calculates and displays the final price to your customer in real time.
Yes. You can enable or disable any of the available neon colours (20+ options including RGB) and fonts, and set individual pricing for each. You can also add custom pricing for specific options to reflect your actual cost structure.
Image-to-Neon uses vectorisation technology to convert uploaded images into clean, production-ready neon sign designs. Unlike generative AI tools that create unpredictable interpretations, our vectorisation process produces results that are accurate to the original image — what your customer uploads is what they get. The output is a clean SVG file that can be sent directly to manufacturing.
Image-to-Neon works best with logos, illustrations, text-based artwork, and clean line drawings. Very complex photographic images may require some manual refinement.
The 3D Preview renders your customer’s custom sign design in a photorealistic three-dimensional view, showing exactly how the finished sign will look when illuminated. This significantly increases customer confidence and reduces order cancellations.
The Augmented Reality (AR) feature allows customers to use their smartphone camera to place a virtual version of their custom sign in their own physical space — on a wall in their home, office, or venue — before purchasing. This is a powerful conversion tool that removes the uncertainty of buying a custom product online.
The Quoting Workflow allows customers to request a formal quote for their design instead of purchasing immediately. The quote request is sent to your admin dashboard, where you can review the design, adjust pricing if needed, and send a formal quote back to the customer. This is particularly useful for large or complex orders, corporate clients, and B2B customers.
When a customer places an order, Dezigner.ai automatically generates a production-ready file for your manufacturing team. This file contains all the specifications needed to produce the sign — dimensions, colours, font details, and the clean vector artwork — eliminating the need for manual design work between order receipt and production.
Yes. You can create multiple presets within your account, each with different configurations. This is useful if you want to offer different product ranges (e.g., a budget range and a premium range) or if you manage multiple brands or storefronts.
First, ensure the embed code has been added to the correct product page template in your Shopify theme. Then check that your preset is set to Active in your Dezigner.ai admin dashboard. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your store URL and we will investigate.
