Viewing Orders

All orders placed through your Dezigner.ai configurator appear in the Orders section of your admin dashboard. Each order shows the customer’s design, order value, and current status. You can filter orders by status, production stage, and date range.

Click on any order to view the full order details, including the customer’s design specifications, selected options, and the auto-generated production file.

Managing Quote Requests

When a customer uses the Request a Quote feature, their design and contact details appear in the Quotes section of your dashboard. From here you can:

• Review the customer’s design and specifications
• Adjust pricing if required for the specific order
• Send a formal quote back to the customer via email
• Convert an accepted quote directly into an order

Production Files

Every order automatically generates a production-ready file containing all the information your manufacturing team needs:

• Clean vector artwork (SVG format)
• Sign dimensions and size specifications
• Colour and tube type specifications
• Mounting, cable, and plug specifications
• Customer reference and order number

Download the production file from the order detail view and send it directly to your manufacturing team or supplier. No manual design work required.

Order Statuses

Orders in Dezigner.ai move through the following statuses:

• New — Order received, awaiting processing
• In Production — Order confirmed and sent to manufacturing
• Completed — Order fulfilled and shipped
• Cancelled — Order cancelled

Update the order status from the order detail view to keep your records accurate and trigger any configured email notifications to the customer.
