Purpose of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and

  • Files, artwork, and design content uploaded to the Platform
  • Account details (if you register for a subscription)
  • Quote and order request details
  • Any other information reasonably required to provide our services

  • Provide,operate, and deliver services you purchase or request.
  • Manage subscriptions, accounts, and billing.
  • Communicate with you about your account, designs, orders, support, and promotions.

Any applicable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other processors may be passed on to the User (franchise or brand) as part of
their transaction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The
updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Significant changes
may also be communicated via email or Platform notification.
